Most of us are now in Reno and will stay here until early next morning.
Someone said to me that Reno is the Poor Man’s Vegas. At least, casinos are EVERYWHERE.
I told the guy who was helping me with the luggage this morning: “You know, I have many, many character faults, but a gambling addiction is not one of them.”
He told me not to worry, for here I could also indulge other evil tendencies!
The jacuzzi in my room sure looks tempting. Probably good for my muscles, which are sore from the dancing after the Denver concert. Will probably stay in it until tomorrow…
And then: San Francisco!!!
(I notice that the date on the above entry is wrong. It is still the 17th here in Reno. However, where Björk.com is based, it is already the 18th).

Hi Jonas,
All I can say is that the Red Rocks show was AMAZING! Thank you all so much. It truly was an experience of a lifetime.
I am keeping a blog too if you would like to check it out:

There are some photos on there from the show as well.
I used to live in Mammoth which is south of Reno…and yes, Reno definitely is the Poor Man’s Vegas! But Mammoth felt more like Hyperballad : )
Good luck with the rest of the tour. Bummed I missed the dance party in Denver! But definitely got my dance party on during I Miss You, Army of Me, Enjoy & Declare Independence to name a few! Safe travels and yes, “The Journey is the Destination.”
P.S. Your part in Venus as a Boy was beautiful. The melody sounded incredible echoing off the cliffs.

red rocks was a dream come true for me from when i first started listening to bjork
after my brother got back from the U2 show in Dallas that the “icecubes from sugarland”
played, LOLOL.
you looked real tiered sitting on the couch hope you did get some good rest in the jacuzzi!
it was so neat to see that all you guys and bjork are so human. i was awestruck after such
a rad show with Newsom and all that the all i could do was gander at the party.
my trip from little town of 3k Fritch Texas was worlds away from you guys touring with bjork,
but you still party just like i do hear back at home. I was with Michael A and the juggler.
thanks for a the whole SHOW, i can now die happy.

Great photos, Susie f. And someone asked about old songs: We have plenty of old songs in new versions. I even think we have Headphones (though I’m not in that song). As for what we perform in particular instances, Björk decides that on the days of the concerts… So I have no idea what we will play tomorrow!
