It was terrific to play in Vancouver tonight as our last consert with Björk. Sun was shining thoug the weather forecast had sugested clouds and rain.

We had sun on our mind and added two new songs to our set so that we could advance a little.

Smoke was in the air and we felt the ‘love’ for everything.

It is great to play here, experience the city and mountains. And I guess we need to shift some records out here.

I also did a little trumpet with Björk on I Miss You.

We fly back tomorrow, great end to a short tour for us.

Me and Jónas went out walking in the sunshine in Vancouver yesterday. A great city to walk in. Very many people were also walking. I showed Jónas a big tunnel in the ground, the artery of the city which was widen open. We were staggered by the size of it. Everything is big in the foreign land we think.

We also started discussing the singalong discussion of the blog, if people should sing to the songs while watching them. I am so ignorant, that I am on the verge of being in eternal bliss all the time, but I can not really remember lyrics, well sometimes mine or what is just about to happen in the lyric, never though been able to mime.

So I thought just now, that the only song I remember is the Ghostigital song Bank, where the main line is actually “where is my money?”

This is all for now. Back to ghostigital now

Your Vancouver performance completely rocked! And your uber thick Icelandic accent made me miss Iceland soooo much. I’ve only been back in Canada a few weeks, but I need to get back to Iceland, for the accents…and the beer! I’m glad the weather held out and you enjoyed Vancouver.

its far to sad that this was the last show with bjork, i thought your set was amazing, you know who you should try collaborating with, tanya tagaq, when she is live it sort of sounds the same as your stuff, im sure you know that she worked with bjork and maybe you have even met her,
anyways i just wanted to say that you had a beautiful show, and that you rocked on i miss you(i wish i could have been alive while the sugarcubes were playing) well it was nice knowing you on this tour
    bye

I think you should try to convince Ms Babsie to let Ghost Digital open for the additional US shows that have not been announced yet. We really enjoyed it !!

    Mister E!!!

It was so lovely to see you, I never ever thought I would have the priviledge to see you and B on stage together, (i was too young for the 19+ cubes show when you were here last.
My favorite part was when you told us about couch ettiquette and not to put our ass in his face without permission! it made the agony of standing on a freshly torn achilles tendon almost forgettable!

I exclaimed upon my arrival in Reykjavik, “it looks like Vancouver”,and was joyus to hear a similar sentiment! Yes! I was!
Upon my return I shall perhaps meet your cat, if you have one? (I petted many in your fine town.)

Thank you for your work it is so free and hilarious. When I heard Cowboy for the first time as a pissed off teen, I fell in love with this band who sounded like nothing I had ever heard but recognized instantly.

    Bless Bless.
