An email I received today:
“The weather forecast is not good for this week at Glastonbury. If you have a waterproof jacket and a nice hat then I would bring them along. No high heels either. (Mark B, Jónas and Chris C this does not apply to you unless there is something you want to tell me).”

I recommend playing kate bush’s “cloud busting” and dancing around the hotel room while immersed in a tribal ritualistic style chant….. Or just ask the clouds gods to piss it all out before the show = P
We have nothing but sun here in bend oregon. I will try to vibe some your way as I water plants outside all day at my job

Jonas, I’d like to switch my place with yours.
Come in Nice, and I’ll go to Rvk, as I love clouds and rain and snow

This blog was a really good idea Jónas. As I listen to Volta (over and over) I find myself looking for the keyboard parts in songs, and I seem to discover new sounds while doing so.
Ask Bjork for me, about getting a live album out soon after the tour is over. The variations I heard at the Radio City show were awesome. I remember the “dissonance” you talked about in a previous post and thinking it was a mistake. After reading your blog I remembered how I thought the same thing as “Army of Me” like 10 years ago and it was so memorable. Those kinds of things are exactly WHY I love Bjork and the artists she works with.
Awesome blog. I’m learning new things and rediscovering things I had forgotten. That’s true art.
