Hello Jónas,

First of all, great performance last night! It was really energetic and the build up in songs was excellent, I liked the alternative versions of songs and I didn't expect from Björk to have such a range and control of voice the entire concert, it constantly gave me goosebumps. It was hard to know for me if I would like björk live at first because the songs are such intimate personal worlds, but listening live to the quiet parts was beautiful and unifying and the harder bits were explosive and incredibly energetic.

Too Vesperanto: The white strings were I believe two little boxes which sprang open, I could grab them because I stood at the front :)

I also made some good pictures of Björk which I'd really like to share, is there an e-mail or something I could post them too ?

Furthermore I thought the sound yesterday was incredible, I'm used to much louder concerts so this was really well tuned out. It's so important for the music you guys make to get all the little things trough, sometimes the beat overpowered it a bit. But I guess you can't let it get to much into one bit, for the sake of the harmony and clearity.

Thank you so much for coming to amsterdam, please come again soon, whenever, we will definitely be there again with thousands and more to admire icelandic gorgeousness.

Hey Jonas,

I thought like, all the celebrities, you used to have a plane like a jet to go to others cities.

But Europe is a small continent, you can go easily from a country to another so I think using a plane would be expensive and funless as travelling on buses is so funny !

Enjoy your stay in Bordeaux, the city of wines. I think Bjork like wine as I saw her drinking any on the "Cambridge DVD".
You are in the best region of France to me. I come from South East (Cannes/Nice), but South West (Bordeaux/Toulouse) is better. You will cross the Basque Country. Be careful.

And be careful of the HEAT ! It's very hot and dry here in Sth France, it's hotter in Spain and in Sth Italy (like Sicily). Drink a lot ! Prepare the solar cream !

And long live Espana !

Hey Jonas, did you see me? I wove my "volta tour" flag up front in 3rd row.
And I had a bit of "brass paint" on my forehead, for the occasion. :)

To be honest, I felt like Björk wasn't really into it at first. She seemed somewhat absentminded.
But that bit in "5 years" where she walked to the edge and articulated "you just can't handle, baby" was adorable!
Also, the string thing was amazing and totally unexpected. How did she do that?

Haha, I was one of the screaming fans.

The concert was amazing, I have no words. "All Is Full Of Love", "I Miss You" and "Hyper-Ballad" were the best, I felt like I was listening to them for the first time.

Thank you.

<i>"that ol' Bilbao
down where we used to go
That ol' Bilbao
casting its golden glow
that ol' Bilbao moon
love never laid me low
that ol' Bilbao
why does it haunt me so?
I don't know
if it would have brought you
joy or grief
but
It was fantastic!
It was fantastic!
It was fantastic!
beyond belief!"</i>
