I have had really exhausting couple of days. Two long bus rides in a row. Even though it is kind of cosy sleeping on a bus, you don’t sleep deeply enough to function properly the following day. I woke up four or five times tonight. I did have fascinating dreams though - but I have forgotten them now.

I just spoke with Mark, who told me that he dreamt he was fighting a ghost. Maybe the bus is haunted!

It is very hot here in Austin. It is even hotter than in Madrid in July. I hope it won’t be like that when we play tomorrow night.

I think they sell more of those little battery operated hand held fan things that squirt water in Austin than anywhere else in the country LOL.

    Keep cool……..or dress lightly !

Riding cross-country on a bus is no fun, but I and I think everyone else at the show Detroit appreciates your visit. I still can’t believe what a great show it was. It’s so rare in life when the results not only meet but exceed one’s already high expectations. Thanks for your good work and hopefully I can catch another show or two.

I do hope you get some rest and hydrated. Very excited for the ACL show! A Mexican martini sure helps beat the Texas heat! That or a swim. Ha!
Enjoy Austin its a pretty laid back city!
