I just got an email from our tour manager, with e tickets, etc. His final words were:
“It all begins again very soon, so be afraid, be very afraid.”
The tour is starting soon indeed. In a week or so we leave for Paris, for a concert that will be filmed. That’s pretty daring, considering that we have had a hiatus of two months. I will certainly be afraid, very much afraid, during that filming!
Or not.
Maybe I should be practicing now, instead of writing this…

You will do fine! You will all be refreshed after your break, and jazzed up on beautiful French food and wine.
I wish you well!

I’m with n69n were often the harshest to ourselves, your an amazing musician musician and person Jónas and you give it your all each and every concert so treat the Paris date no different. I will admit I get super excited hearing what could possibly be a Volta tour DVD. Hope new wonderful surprises and songs abound on this next branch of the journey.

OOOh please suggest Björk to wear the RAINBOW dress!!! To me it’s the dress that best reflects the tour spirit! It’s so wild, so Volta, so funny, so Innocent, so poetic on her!
I know it must sound odd, but those dresses bring a very different visual poetry on the stage…
I hope you’ll have great time on this new (and last?) leg of the tour.

I am trembeling but for a different reason! When the tickets went onsale there was a bug on the Fnac site (for me and a few others), the sistem kept telling me i had a ticket reserved but no Next step!
It was a horribel and very fustrating morning/day on the 11th.
I ended up buying 2 tickets on Ebay for 285 Euros on the 12th
I am still waiting for them to arrive…
They shoud have arrived by now but when i call the spanish post ofice they don t recognise the Ref. Number, they did in the french post ofice (with i also called).
So the guy who sold me the tickets do have my trust but he won t re-emburse me if they don t get here b4 wensday.
But even worse!! This morning some tickets went back onsale on the Fnac site!
They didn t even notifie or nothing!
The hole thing is trully irritating me, why does everything has always to be that difficult? I thing i have been cursed!
I know on here no one probably cares, but i needed to get it out of my chess.
I have done 7 Volta concerts so far, but this will be my last one (i hope i can make it).
Next month i am off to see a few gigs here in Spain of one of my other favorite artist: Loreena Mckennitt. I won t have to go through the hussel of geting tickets, i will have a break from stress.
So, to sume up: I am afraid that the tickets won t arrive b4 wensday
