 There are more collaborations emerging; starting with Ólöf Arnalds - a familiar encounter as they have crossed paths before. Björk and Ólöf joined Sigur Rós on stage at the Nattúra festival in 2008, drumming away for the song Gobbledigook.
Björk also requested that Ólöf were to be the opening act at the previously posted-about gig with the Dirty Projectors last year. Here's a video snippet of Ólöf singing a cover of Unravel during that gig.
To get to the point; Ólöf releases the two-track single on June 28th Innundir Skinni, keeping us in suspense for the full album Innundir Skinni which is scheduled for September 13th release. One of the songs on the single and album, Surrender, features vocals by Björk.

In october, Antony and the Johnsons will release their next album Swanlights, where track 9 is a duet with Björk, entitled Flétta. That's the Icelandic word for both braid and lichen. We are yet unsure which. Maybe both? Braided lichen?
Either way, it is lovely to see them reunite again vocally after the two duets on Volta. You know. Dull Flame Of Desire and My Juvenile. If you forgot, then head over to the Volta special for a memory refresher.
